1. Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Abuja:
    • PickUp and MeetUp: Available in Abuja; payment can be made on PickUp or at MeetUp.
    • Delivery Courier: Available in Abuja for a fee (fee depends on the courier company chosen); payment is required before delivery.
  • Yola:
    • PickUp and MeetUp: Available on the second and last Saturdays of every month (for free) and through special arrangements (for a fee)
  • Other States and Countries:
    • Payment is required before delivery.
    • Special arrangements can be made for delivery in Canada, US and Selangor, Malaysia.

2. Delivery Cost Calculation:

  • Delivery costs for deliveries within Abuja are determined by the chosen courier company and are payable before delivery.
  • For deliveries to other states and countries, delivery costs are calculated based on the destination and the selected delivery method.

3. Express or Expedited Delivery:

  • Express or expedited delivery options are available and can be selected during the checkout process. Additional fees may apply.

4. Delivery Issues:

  • Lost Packages:
    • In the event of a lost package, please contact our Customer Support team. We will work with the courier company to track and resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Packages:
    • Customers are advised to inspect delivered products immediately. In the case of a damaged package or product, please contact our Customer Support team within 24 hours to report the issue.

5. PickUp and MeetUp:

  • PickUp and MeetUp options are available in Abuja and Yola. Please refer to the specified days and arrangements mentioned above.

6. Return and Refund Eligibility:

  • Customers must inspect delivered products immediately and accept or reject them within 24 hours to be eligible for a return or refund.
